A small facilitated practice space for people rethinking money, capacity, rhythm, enoughness, and sustainable ways of living.
I’m good at this work and it’s exhausting me.
I want meaningful work but not at the cost of my whole life.
I built something meaningful and now I feel trapped inside it.
I don’t want success if it costs me everything.
I know what I should do, but I can’t seem to make myself do it.
I need systems that actually work for my real life.
A workable life is not a perfect life. It is a life you can stay in relationship with over time.
Many people are carrying enormous amounts of pressure around money, work, sustainability, and everyday life — often quietly and without much support.
Especially coaches, therapists, wellness practitioners, creatives, founders, helping professionals, practice owners, solopreneurs, and socially conscious entrepreneurs trying to create meaningful work without exhausting themselves in the process.
A workable life is one where the way you work, earn, rest, give, and move through the world stops constantly costing more than you have.
Money Gently was created to support a steadier relationship with money through structure, repetition, practical skill-building, reflection, implementation, community, and time.
For building the conditions where steadiness becomes possible over time.
Created through an integral and regenerative approach to coaching, facilitation, and developmental practice.
Money Gently approaches money not only as a financial issue, but as something deeply connected to nervous systems, identity, relationships, work, culture, pacing, belonging, leadership, and the conditions that make life feel workable over time.
This is not a productivity system. It is not financial perfectionism. It is not hustle culture dressed up in softer language.
It is a slower, developmental approach to building a life and practice that feel workable to live inside.
At the centre of Money Gently is a reflective practice called The Prosperity Ledger — also known as The Counting Book.
Many people are constantly counting obligations, deficits, unfinished tasks, pressure, and what is not enough. The Prosperity Ledger shifts attention toward what supports life, what creates steadiness, what costs energy, what restores it, what kinds of effort are sustainable, and what forms of participation feel coherent.
It is not productivity tracking. It is not optimization. It is a relational accounting practice — a way of building awareness over time through repeated small acts of noticing.
Over time, this kind of noticing becomes part of the foundation of a workable life — not because it solves everything, but because it helps you see what is actually supporting you, costing you, restoring you, and asking too much.
The work unfolds through a steady rhythm of live online gatherings designed to support reflection, implementation, and a steady relationship with the work over time.
Facilitated seasonal gatherings for shared inquiry, reflection, dialogue, and developmental practice.
Supported implementation sessions for translating reflection into grounded action.
A private online space for prompts, resources, materials, and conversation between gatherings.
Seasonal reflections and audio notes through Groundswell, the Substack writing and practice space.
Each season explores different dimensions of money, work, capacity, restoration, and sustainable participation in life. Participants may join for one season or continue across multiple cycles.

Mapping the Life You’re Already Living
Pressure and money in the nervous system. Effort and restoration. Guided reflection, pressure mapping, somatic inquiry, and community conversation.
Counting What Sustains Life
Invisible labour, symbolic earning, the real cost of different forms of effort, relational accounting, and beginning a practice you can return to.
Includes live seasonal sessions, Circle community, The Weekly Return, Practice & Integration Sessions, worksheets, voice notes, session recordings, and one year of access to all materials.
A small number of scholarship spaces are reserved each season for practitioners, caregivers, organizers, and emerging leaders in resource-constrained contexts.
People enter in different ways. Some attend a workshop. Some begin through the reflections and conversations on Groundswell. Some join a seasonal cohort. Some continue across multiple seasons over time.
There is no pressure to move quickly. The work is designed to be lived with.
Money Gently on Groundswell is currently open and free to join. Beginning June 20, an optional paid tier opens for those who want to stay more closely connected.
This is not about fixing your money.
It is about staying in relationship with your life.
Steadily. Honestly. Over time.
Nothing resolves all at once.
But slowly, things begin to feel more livable.
And people often discover they were never meant to do this alone.
