Thank you for your interest in Money Gently.

The founding summer season is now closed. This first season was intentionally small — a chance to listen, learn, and begin shaping the practice together.

A seasonal community practice

money gently

Building financial lives and practices that can actually hold us.

A small facilitated practice space for people rethinking money, capacity, rhythm, enoughness, and sustainable ways of living.

You may recognize yourself here if…

I’m good at this work and it’s exhausting me.

I want meaningful work but not at the cost of my whole life.

I built something meaningful and now I feel trapped inside it.

I don’t want success if it costs me everything.

I know what I should do, but I can’t seem to make myself do it.

I need systems that actually work for my real life.

If any of these land, you are in the right place.
Why this work exists

Money is rarely just money.

A workable life is not a perfect life. It is a life you can stay in relationship with over time.

Many people are carrying enormous amounts of pressure around money, work, sustainability, and everyday life — often quietly and without much support.

Especially coaches, therapists, wellness practitioners, creatives, founders, helping professionals, practice owners, solopreneurs, and socially conscious entrepreneurs trying to create meaningful work without exhausting themselves in the process.

A workable life is one where the way you work, earn, rest, give, and move through the world stops constantly costing more than you have.

Money Gently was created to support a steadier relationship with money through structure, repetition, practical skill-building, reflection, implementation, community, and time.

Not intensity. Not shame. Not performance.
What Money Gently is

A practice space for workable life.

For building the conditions where steadiness becomes possible over time.

Created through an integral and regenerative approach to coaching, facilitation, and developmental practice.

Money Gently approaches money not only as a financial issue, but as something deeply connected to nervous systems, identity, relationships, work, culture, pacing, belonging, leadership, and the conditions that make life feel workable over time.

This is not a productivity system. It is not financial perfectionism. It is not hustle culture dressed up in softer language.

It is a slower, developmental approach to building a life and practice that feel workable to live inside.

Practices we’ll explore

Noticing what supports life.

Money Gently works through repeatable practices that help make money, work, pressure, capacity, and support more visible in everyday life.

Across the season we’ll experiment with practices such as pressure mapping, prosperity noticing, The Prosperity Ledger, financial reflection, stewardship rhythms, seasonal planning, and practical ways of bringing values into relationship with real decisions.

Some practices are reflective. Some are practical. Some help create visibility. Some help translate reflection into action.

The Prosperity Ledger is one practice within the larger arc.

It is not productivity tracking, optimization, or a performance system. It is a relational accounting practice — a way of counting differently.

A way of noticing what supports life, what creates pressure, what restores capacity, and what forms of participation feel sustainable.

Over time, these practices begin building something steadier — not because they solve everything at once, but because they help you see more clearly what you are trying to sustain and what conditions that life might require.

How the space works

Reflection, implementation, and return.

The work unfolds through a steady rhythm of live online gatherings designed to support reflection, implementation, and a steady relationship with the work over time.

If you’re wondering whether this is for you

You do not need to arrive figured out.

You do not need a perfect budget, a polished business, a financial crisis, or certainty about what comes next.

You do need curiosity, willingness, and some room to experiment with a different relationship to money, capacity, and the conditions that support life.

Curiosity. Practice. Return.

This is not about fixing your money.

It is about staying in relationship with your life.

Steadily. Honestly. Over time.

Nothing resolves all at once.

But slowly, things begin to feel more livable.

And people often discover they were never meant to do this alone.

I’m Suzanne — a coach, facilitator, and systems thinker who has spent years working with people navigating meaningful work in resource-constrained, high-pressure contexts.

I built Money Gently because I kept meeting people trying to create meaningful work and workable lives while carrying very real pressures around money, time, energy, and capacity.

I also built it because I needed this kind of practice myself as I build my own coaching practice and way of working.

This work comes from the inside.
